Shipping and Delivery Info

In-Store/Curbside Pickup

  • Please allow one hour processing time during regular business hours.
  • Orders placed after 8pm will be available to pick up the next day.
  • Please wait for an email or text stating your order is ready to be picked up.
  • Curbside pickup is available. When you order is ready to be picked up, please give us a call when you arrive in our parking lot and we will gladly bring it out!

Local Delivery

  • Minimum Order: $40
  • Delivery Radius: ~5 miles from our stores. 
  • Delivery Fee: $5

Local Delivery Times

  • Delivery Windows: Monday through Thursday 10:45 AM – 7:30 PM; Friday and Saturday 10:15 AM- 8 PM and Sunday, 12:15 PM – 7:30 PM.
  • Processing Time: estimated 90 minutes during business hours.
  • Orders placed after delivery windows will be delivered the next day.

Local Delivery Procedure

  • We will text the phone number or email you provide to confirm a delivery time when your order is being processed. Please use cell phones for efficiency. 
  • ID for proof of age must be present at delivery. 

Shipping Rules

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing your order you have represented to Corx Wine & Liquors that you are at least 21 years old. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. A picture ID is required along with your signature at the time of delivery.
  • All sales are final. We can make accommodations in extenuating circumstances, however if you have received the correct item(s) that were on your order we cannot return or exchange it for another item.
  • Items under $49.99 are not guaranteed to be the vintage that may be displayed on the site for purposes of error correction and/or allocated/closeout items. You will receive the most current vintage that the distributor has in stock unless otherwise specified in your order notes
  • We will make every effort to ship your internet order as soon as possible.

Shipping Exceptions and Details

Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area.

  • We are prohibited from shipping wine to the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah At this time we do not ship internationally.
  • We are prohibited from shipping spirits (Vodka, Gin, Cognac, Liqueurs, etc.) anywhere outside of New York State, and apologize for any inconvenience. Please be assured that as the laws regarding shipping of alcohol change we will do our best to accommodate everyone legally possible.

     

  • We currently ship by UPS ground only. They do not deliver on Saturday or Sundays. 
  • All orders must be shipped in UPS approved packaging.
  • We will only ship 375ml , 500ml, 720ml, 750ml, and 1L size bottles. We can not ship smaller or larger sized bottles. 
  • We cannot ship wine in either the original cardboard or wooden cases. If you would like the original cases, they must be shipped separately, at an additional charge.

     

  • All items must be loaded into UPS approved packaging before being shipped.

  • Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. If the actual costs differ from that shown online or in the confirmation email, we will contact you before processing the order.

Adverse Weather Shipping Restrictions

There are times when we will be unable to ship due to adverse weather conditions.

  • We will not ship if the weather is too hot or too cold.
  • We cannot be responsible for accurately judging weather conditions in other parts of the country.
  • If you do not want us to ship within 5 business days of your placing your order, you may choose the Don't Ship option. We will hold the delivery until you notify us that you would like us to ship your order; and will hold orders for a maximum of 30 Days.

     

  • You are welcomed to place an online order and have it ready for pick it up at the store. Items that are not currently in-stock may take up to a week to arrive.

Returns and Items that don't Ship

While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, we are not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions.

 

  • all sales are final
  • We will contact you by within 5 business days if there is any problem with your order.
  • Refused or returned orders of correct merchandise will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • If you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us with a photo of the incorrect item(s) in your package. Upon confirmation the order is incorrect we will send you a return label which you can affix to your package and send back via UPS. We will attempt to get you the correct item(s), and if we cannot your purchase will be refunded to the original payment method.
