Where do you ship wine and spirits?

  • Please accept our apologies if we are not able to ship to your area. We are prohibited from shipping to the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
  • At this time we do not ship internationally.

When can I expect my delivery?

  • We expect to ship your internet order within 3 business days. To estimate your delivery please allow time in transit (2-6 days by UPS ground) to calculate when to expect delivery of your order.
  • We will make every effort to ship your online or phone order as soon as possible. Please allow time for special orders and procurement of non-stock items.
  • If you need for us to ship in fewer than 2 business days, please call the store at (914) 468-6139. You must confirm all Next Day and 2nd Day shipments by telephone if you need them shipped from our store in fewer than 2 business days.
  • UPS picks up packages Monday through Friday by 4:00 pm.

  • Yes, if it's available from our distributors in New York State.

What is your return policy?

  • If you purchased it less than 14 days ago and the wine or spirit is spoiled, we refund your money, no questions asked.
  • If there's nothing wrong with the product we still take it back and refund your money if the wine or spirit is unopened, without any ear or damage to the package, and is in resellable condition.

What if I didn't get the discount I was expecting (coupon, sale price, etc.)?

  • We will gladly honor any coupon or discount if its presented at the time of purchase, either online on the checkout page or in-store at the register before payment.

How can I stop your e-mails from coming?

  • We will gladly opt you out of any emails by clicking on the appropriate link on the bottom of the email. If that doesn't work simply email us a note and we'll remove you from our mailing list. (But we hope you will continue to shop with us!).

I forgot my password! What do I do?

Returns & Exchanges

Corx is dedicated to helping serve you better. Whether you've purchased products online or in the store your total satisfaction is our first priority.

If there is a problem with the wine or spirit you've purchased: damaged or spoiled product, incorrect vintage, or something not quite right please let us know immediately by phone or email and we will seek to correct it.

In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please follow these procedures:

For in-store purchases: Please bring the product in with you original sales receipt. We are happy to exchange the product for something else, providing you the full value of your original purchase towards another selection or gift certificate.

For all delivered or shipped purchases: Please re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Upon receipt, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 14 days of delivery, we will grant a full credit of 100% of the item's price paid, less the original shipping charge and any return shipping fees.

Expect to receive the refund within two weeks from shipping your return to Corx Wine & Liquors. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
